Features
1. The machine is equipped with a high performance PLC micro-processor, combined with a touch LCD screen. It features a clear graphic display and ease of operation. The controller provides various functions, such as recording set data for processing materials, pre-warning for no more materials, and automatic machine stop function for when the set length is reached or the material has broken.
2. Automatic calculation control for rewinding employs ourself-developed precision friction rewinding ring, combined with automatic side-pressure tension compensation. Two independent rewinding motors for maximum convenience and permitting the operator to select running direction on each rewinder. There is a wide range of tension settings. Rewinding tension is controlled by a fully-automatic air control system. An intelligent rewinding diameter control system assures extremely stable rewinding tension without the need to adjust the tension according to speed and diameter variables. Set the setting tension according to the initial condition, and then the entire tension - from initiation to finalization - is automatically controlled by memory and feedback.
